Group Therapy

Group therapy offers many valuable benefits. Groups provide a sounding board allowing members to explore and better understand themselves and their relationships in a safe and supportive environment. By listening and sharing with others, members are often able to see themselves more clearly, find their own voice, and feel empowered by their ability to give and receive support.
